Biography: Lanita was born in 1979 and attended school in Kormilda College in Darwin. Lanita is one of six sisters and two brothers all of who paint. Lanita’s mother is Barbara Price Moitjana from Stirling Station near Tenant Creek, also an artist.

Lanita has been painting for galleries across the Country for 10 years and her works purchased by art lovers and collectors. Lanita had works exhibited as part of a colabarative exhibition in Cairns in 2010. Lanita paints many stories from both sides of her family and is also a strong teacher to her generation.
